Oversee global equity compensation, payroll, benefits accounting, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, and audit support. Manage equity grants, vesting, payroll discrepancies, month-end close, internal controls, and SEC disclosures. Lead multi-country payroll system implementations and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, tax teams, vendors, and external administrators to improve scalable processes and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, payroll-tax regulations, labor laws, and equity-plan requirements.

Lead Ondas’s inorganic growth strategy and end-to-end domestic and international M&A transactions, including target sourcing, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, deal structuring, closing, and post-close value creation. Evaluate and execute strategic minority and direct investments while coordinating internal business, finance, and legal teams with external advisors. Engage senior executives, boards, investors, investment banks, counsel, and target-company leadership.
