As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will analyze revenue data, lead strategic projects, manage systems, and collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency and drive sales performance.

Lead strategic initiatives, own planning processes (annual planning, OKRs, headcount), build operating cadences, analyze performance, create dashboards, run cross-functional projects, remove operational bottlenecks, and support executive decision-making with financial and strategic analysis.

As Head of Design, you will define the design vision, lead a growing design team, and ensure cohesive user experiences for Nooks' platforms. You'll partner with product and engineering on the product roadmap, translating complex problems into intuitive interfaces while building scalable design systems and championing user feedback.

Own and evolve the revenue systems backbone: HubSpot CRM administration, data warehouse schema and pipelines, 80+ production sync and scoring services, AI agent orchestration, integrations, monitoring, data governance, and rep-facing optimizations.

Lead the technical arm of Revenue Operations: build and run the revenue data platform, automation for pipeline generation, quote-to-sign and deal economics, board/internal revenue reporting, and product-launch rails. Manage a small engineering team, set architecture and data standards, own reconciled quarterly closes, and partner with Sales, CS, Finance, Product, and Eng to operationalize pricing, billing, and reporting.

Lead the visual expression of Nooks across marketing and digital touchpoints. Design high-impact campaign and website assets, craft in-person and experiential materials, establish brand systems and standards, art direct external partners, and build a scalable creative studio leveraging agencies, freelancers, and AI.

Lead and scale Nooks' Growth Marketing function: develop acquisition strategy, own digital channels and performance, build experimentation frameworks, implement growth systems and attribution, partner with GTM teams, and hire and coach a high-performing growth team to drive pipeline and revenue.

Lead and build Nooks' Communications & Content function: set editorial strategy, produce flagship thought leadership and research, run PR and external communications, grow social and executive programs, and create scalable processes, agency partnerships, and AI-enabled content workflows to amplify product and customer narratives across channels.

Build and maintain a scalable marketing operations foundation: automate campaigns, lead management, attribution, and reporting. Improve data quality, routing, enrichment, and monitoring. Partner across Demand Gen, RevOps, Sales, Data, and Product Marketing to design resilient, observable GTM systems and evaluate AI tools to automate operations and drive measurement.

Partner directly with the CEO to drive high-impact strategic and operational initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, build operating systems and planning frameworks, prepare executive and board materials, and leverage AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate decision-making across the company.
