The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to corporate partners, managing schedules, client relations, travel, and business development tasks to improve partner efficiency and facilitate operations.

Provide advanced patent docketing and administrative support, mentor and train junior Legal Support Analysts, manage IDS filings and annuity/maintenance payments, communicate with clients and vendors, maintain knowledge of patent rules, and ensure timely handling of attorney-requested tasks while preserving confidentiality.

Counsel and litigate for employers on employment matters, including wage-and-hour, terminations, leaves, investigations, worker classification, and employment agreements. Manage single-plaintiff and complex litigation, advise and train managers, and draft or review policies, offer letters, handbooks, compensation plans, and separation agreements. Serve clients including early- and mid-stage startups with a business-minded approach.

The Executive Compensation Associate will handle executive compensation matters, including M&A, public offerings, and legal compliance regarding employee incentives, requiring solid knowledge of tax and securities laws.
