Partner with senior and executive leaders to design and execute people strategies, drive workforce planning and organizational design, advise on employee relations and performance, lead change management, champion DEI, oversee HR analytics and enterprise HR processes, and model company values.

Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, monitor progress, generate schedule reports, assist resource and risk management, collaborate with project teams, and follow scheduling standards. Provide training, support, and process improvement input across project lifecycles in construction/design environments.

Provide high-level administrative support to CHRO and CIO including complex calendar and travel management, preparing presentations and reports, handling confidential communications, coordinating meetings and visitors, managing expense reports, and completing special projects. Act as primary executive contact, anticipate needs, and collaborate with other assistants while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Lead Business Unit FP&A team to own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, O&M and capital planning, strategic financial analysis, stakeholder communication, regulatory optimization, and process improvements to drive financial results.

Analyze C&DS project data to produce actionable insights. Build data pipelines, reports, visualizations and predictive/prescriptive models. Collaborate with IT, data governance, and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making, support reporting needs, and ensure data quality and access.

Perform financial, operational, construction and compliance audits, including SOX testing; identify control gaps; provide advisory services; coordinate with external auditors; manage audit projects, present findings, and consult with business management to improve processes and controls.

Lead development and execution of FirstEnergy's Corporate Social Responsibility/ESG strategy. Manage complex CSR projects and the annual CSR report, analyze and report CSR metrics, drive internal engagement and communications, research sustainability trends, optimize CSR processes, and ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across the company.

Perform customer outreach to collect delinquent electric account balances, arrange payments, refer customers to assistance programs, handle cash and transaction records, operate communication and handheld devices, report safety issues, and occasionally operate transportation equipment. Work may include non-standard hours and travel across multiple districts.
