Serve as the regional public-facing representative for FirstEnergy, building relationships with elected officials, emergency responders, and community stakeholders; manage local public relations, outage and storm communications, and support transmission and construction projects; attend council meetings and events; coordinate with internal teams (Regulatory, Communications, Foundation) to advance company strategies and respond during emergencies.

Supervise a team of financial analysts forecasting the Transmission capital portfolio (current year and five-year project-level). Ensure accurate, timely forecasts, accruals, variance analysis, in-service forecasting, project close-outs, budget tracking, and reporting. Lead monthly financial reviews with Project Managers, maintain forecasting/reporting tools, provide coaching and training, support ad-hoc analysis, process improvements, and storm response as needed.

Lead the Business Unit Finance team to drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L performance. Provide decision support, stakeholder communication, regulatory influence, O&M and capital planning oversight, process improvements, and develop high-performing finance business partners.

Provide high-level executive support to senior HR leadership at FirstEnergy HQ, including complex calendar and travel management, confidential correspondence, meeting preparation, document and presentation production, expense reporting, stakeholder communication, and special projects. Serve as primary contact for executives and visitors, exercise judgment on priorities, maintain organized records, and collaborate with other assistants to anticipate needs and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Manage project schedules and Primavera P6 administration: input and maintain schedule data, monitor progress, generate reports, manage resources and risks, provide user support and training, optimize and integrate P6 (with PowerBI reporting), troubleshoot issues, document configurations, and lead process improvements to ensure on-time project delivery.

Analyze C&DS project data to produce reports, visualizations, and predictive/prescriptive models. Build data pipelines and models, mine complex datasets, support data governance, collaborate with IT and stakeholders, respond to ad-hoc requests, and improve business processes using BI tools and statistical methods.

Support transmission project-level financial forecasting and monthly forecast cycles using Unifier/Ecosys and SAP. Prepare accruals and journal entries, perform variance analysis, track budgets against POs/contracts, extract and analyze data, and coordinate with project managers. Provide forecast of in-service plans, assist training, support storm activities, and promote team collaboration and timely project in-servicing.

Partner with senior and executive leaders to design and execute people strategies, drive workforce planning and organizational design, lead change management, oversee HR analytics and reporting, champion DEI, and facilitate enterprise HR processes to shape culture and the employee experience across the company.

Lead strategic sourcing and category management for critical enterprise spend: design multi-year category roadmaps, drive TCO and cost-reduction initiatives, run RFPs and supplier selection, monitor supplier KPIs, negotiate contracts, and use spend analytics and market intelligence to optimize supplier performance and mitigate supply risks.

Select and scope Long Term Infrastructure Improvement Plan (LTIIP) projects to improve distribution system reliability. Analyze outage and reliability data, develop multi-year plans, budgets, and schedules, document projects in OPPM/SAP/CREWS, prepare regulatory and performance reports, support storm response, and lead special projects as needed.
