Receives, stores, inventories, and distributes utility line materials, equipment, tools, and supplies. Prepares requisitions, checks purchase orders, maintains stock and job records, issues materials to crews, handles returns and salvage, processes trouble calls and work orders, manages petty cash and records, performs clerical duties, maintains storeroom housekeeping, drives company vehicles, and directs or trains assigned employees.

Partner with business, IT, and data governance teams to address reporting needs, improve processes, establish metrics, manage data access, support governance, and generate actionable insights for capital portfolio decisions.

Provides administrative and operational support to Human Resources, including scheduling, correspondence, records management, reporting, employee inquiries, onboarding, training coordination, compliance tracking, purchasing, invoice processing, and background-check administration. Maintains confidential HR records, prepares documents and reports, supports employees and leaders, and assists with outage and storm restoration activities, including possible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Support and lead enterprise risk assessments, risk reviews, cross-functional risk projects, and ERM program improvements. Collaborate with business leaders to identify, assess, mitigate, and communicate enterprise risks and opportunities. Facilitate workshops, research emerging risks, monitor changes to the risk universe, prepare Board-level reporting, and improve risk management processes across FirstEnergy’s business segments.

Designs, implements, operates, and maintains enterprise voice and video systems (VoIP, PBX, CUCM/CMS, conferencing). Supports LAN/WLAN integration, troubleshoots incidents, ensures regulatory compliance and disaster recovery readiness, oversees contractors, certifies installations, and participates in projects and field visits.

Lead integrated communications for FirstEnergy Ohio: advise State President, develop internal/external and customer communications, manage media, social and digital strategies, oversee branding, crisis and executive communications, run communications operations, analytics, budgets, vendors, and foster collaborative culture.

Lead a team that creates and maintains Transmission project accounting master data (WBS, work orders) in SAP. Ensure timely, accurate cost collector creation and compliance with FERC accounting, SOX, and internal policies. Supervise analysts, handle SOX inquiries, research complex accounting issues, partner with Forecasting, Project Controls, and Accounting, and drive process improvements, automation, and master data governance to support Program Delivery and Transmission portfolio needs.

Serve as the regional external affairs consultant for assigned PA counties, building relationships with elected officials, emergency responders, and community leaders; manage local public relations, communicate outages and project updates, support regulatory and transmission initiatives, attend local meetings/events, coordinate with internal stakeholders and FirstEnergy Foundation, and lead communications during storm response.
