Accountable for distribution system reliability in Pennsylvania: analyze outage and reliability data, develop long-term improvement plans, prepare reports and budgets, support operations and storm response, monitor equipment remediation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Serve as the company liaison to local elected officials, emergency responders and community stakeholders across assigned Ohio counties. Manage public relations, outage and storm communications, coordinate with internal teams on transmission and reliability projects, attend local meetings/events, and support regulatory and political strategies while modeling company values.

Support transmission project-level financial forecasting and monthly forecast cycles using Unifier/Ecosys and SAP. Prepare accruals and journal entries, perform variance analysis, track budgets against POs/contracts, extract and analyze data, and coordinate with project managers. Provide forecast of in-service plans, assist training, support storm activities, and promote team collaboration and timely project in-servicing.

Provide high-level administrative support to a senior leader including calendar and travel management, preparing meetings/materials, confidential communications, expense reporting, stakeholder interaction, and special projects while maintaining discretion and organizational excellence.

Administer pension and active payroll using Oracle HCM, process contributions and payouts, prepare W-2s/1099s, reconcile payroll tax filings, troubleshoot system issues, support audits, collaborate with Finance on journal corrections and account reconciliations, and provide SME guidance to stakeholders.

Lead Business Unit FP&A team to own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, O&M and capital planning, strategic financial analysis, stakeholder communication, regulatory optimization, and process improvements to drive financial results.

Partner with senior and executive leaders to design and execute people strategies, drive workforce planning and organizational design, advise on employee relations and performance, lead change management, champion DEI, oversee HR analytics and enterprise HR processes, and model company values.

Provide high-level executive support to senior HR leadership at FirstEnergy HQ, including complex calendar and travel management, confidential correspondence, meeting preparation, document and presentation production, expense reporting, stakeholder communication, and special projects. Serve as primary contact for executives and visitors, exercise judgment on priorities, maintain organized records, and collaborate with other assistants to anticipate needs and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Lead the Business Unit Finance team to drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L performance. Provide decision support, stakeholder communication, regulatory influence, O&M and capital planning oversight, process improvements, and develop high-performing finance business partners.

Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, monitor progress, generate schedule reports, assist resource and risk management, collaborate with project teams, and follow scheduling standards. Provide training, support, and process improvement input across project lifecycles in construction/design environments.
