Lead strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise leadership and employee development programs. Oversee L&D team, create curricula and experiential learning, set governance and metrics, partner with business leaders, and drive continuous improvement, career-pathing, and IDP initiatives to build organizational capability.

Support administration and design of executive compensation programs including equity awards, deferred compensation, proxy materials, retirements, reporting, analysis, research, consulting with business leaders, and project management for special compensation initiatives.

Support corporate compensation programs by administering pay and incentive processes, analyzing market and internal equity data, consulting with leaders, producing reports, and recommending solutions for complex compensation issues.

Serve as primary contact for assigned residential and C&I customers, coordinate new service requests, resolve issues across internal teams, process web applications and service orders, support billing and special accounts, and participate in continuous improvement and storm response efforts.

Serve as the regional public-facing representative for FirstEnergy, building relationships with elected officials, emergency responders, and community stakeholders; manage local public relations, outage and storm communications, and support transmission and construction projects; attend council meetings and events; coordinate with internal teams (Regulatory, Communications, Foundation) to advance company strategies and respond during emergencies.

Support strategic sourcing for facilities-related categories (maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, waste, construction, MRO). Lead RFPs, negotiate contracts, analyze supplier performance and market trends, partner with stakeholders to deliver cost savings and service improvements, and ensure sourcing policy compliance.

Provide clerical and administrative support including data processing, record/file maintenance, mail distribution, reception, invoice processing, calendar and meeting scheduling, and customer service. Independently manage priorities, handle confidential information, and deliver accurate work on deadline while supporting departmental administrative needs and demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.

Review, analyze, and negotiate contract terms and conditions for procurements; advise Legal, Buyers, and Management on risk; select templates; conduct audits of buyer adherence to procedures; collaborate with stakeholders and vendors; monitor and report contract metrics.

Accountable for distribution system reliability in Pennsylvania: analyze outage and reliability data, develop long-term improvement plans, prepare reports and budgets, support operations and storm response, monitor equipment remediation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
