Lead FirstEnergy’s enterprise Identity and Access Management program, strategy, roadmap, platforms, and operating model. Manage IAM staff and identity lifecycle processes while overseeing authentication, privileged access, governance, RBAC, MFA, and secure remote access across IT and OT environments. Ensure SLAs, regulatory compliance, incident response, audits, vendor management, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Advises leaders on performance management and workplace issues, oversees HR compliance staff, and supports DEI, pay equity, promotion processes, and workforce continuity initiatives.

Supervise data engineers developing and maintaining enterprise data products for analytics, AI, machine learning, and business intelligence. Responsibilities include team leadership, contractor oversight, governance and change management, resource planning, vendor management, architecture road mapping, incident support, and employee coaching. The role also supports cloud and lakehouse implementations, data quality practices, Agile and DevOps processes, and operational efficiency across multiple concurrent projects.

Serves as a media spokesperson and public information officer, supports outage and emergency communications, drafts messaging and executive materials, builds reporter relationships, translates complex topics for diverse audiences, and collaborates with business, regulatory, safety, and corporate teams.
