Manage a portfolio of ~50 mid-market commuter benefits clients as the primary post-sale contact. Drive retention, renewals, upsell and cross-sell, lead commercial conversations, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, maintain CRM/account plans and forecasts, and help build processes, tools, and playbooks for mid-market account management.

The Business Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, drive system enhancements, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights and reporting.

Drive new-logo demand for commuter benefits through multi-channel field marketing: plan and execute events, digital, email, OOH, and ABM campaigns; manage budgets and vendor invoices; analyze performance and optimize programs; collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to accelerate pipeline.

Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads via cold outreach, research, and marketing sources. Book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Outside Sales, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive new customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
