Supports daily corporate accounting and payment operations, including bank and client payment reconciliations, accounts receivable assistance, ACH transactions, chargebacks, returns, stop payments, NACHA file processing, rebate processing, and month-end close activities. The role also reviews client agreements, coordinates with relationship managers and banking partners, and maintains knowledge of electronic payment products and company procedures.

Leads customer success for strategic and essential B2B payment accounts, owning net volume retention, renewals, expansion readiness, customer value realization, and account health. Builds scalable coverage models, playbooks, lifecycle automation, digital engagement, reporting, and AI-enabled workflows. Manages account managers, establishes performance goals, partners cross-functionally, and presents retention, risk, and capacity outcomes to executive leadership. The role requires payments or fintech experience, Salesforce proficiency, and substantial customer success leadership experience.

Lead the company’s product strategy, portfolio, and roadmap for B2B payment solutions spanning virtual cards, ACH, checks, APIs, integrations, data, and workflows. Build and develop the Product Management organization, establish prioritization and governance, partner with Engineering and commercial teams, and drive customer value, payment volume, revenue, profitability, adoption, and competitive differentiation. Oversee product discovery, development, commercialization, customer insight, platform strategy, and performance measurement.

Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads via cold outreach, research, and marketing sources. Book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Outside Sales, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive new customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
