Provides post-sale technical and non-technical customer support through phone, online chat, text, or walk-in service centers. Resolves customer issues, handles complex inquiries, coordinates customer orders with production and distribution teams, supports returns or repairs, and may train lower-level employees. The role requires broad operational knowledge, independent judgment, and analysis of non-routine problems.

Make high-volume inbound/outbound calls to engage consumers, identify needs, provide consultative solutions, support Convatec product sampling and campaigns, capture sales, manage customer data, meet sales and efficiency targets, and share consumer insights with the marketing team.

Manages calendars, complex international travel, meetings, communications, records, purchase orders, invoices, vendors, and logistics. Prepares executive materials, tracks actions, handles confidential information, and improves administrative processes. Requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, communication, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and experience supporting senior leaders in global, matrixed environments.

Lead analytical support for commercial and sales teams to identify growth opportunities, build advanced reporting and tools (Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Excel), track strategic initiatives, support territory optimization and customer segmentation, develop consumer insights, and provide ad-hoc analysis to drive sales force effectiveness and EBITDA goals.
