Research and resolve title issues for REO and refinance transactions, review title commitments, prepare curative documents, submit and monitor title claim packages, communicate status to stakeholders, and maintain accurate defect reporting.

Develop and maintain broker/seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Source and onboard new brokers, advise on programs/pricing/policies, assist submissions, train on online systems, manage pipeline, act as liaison with internal teams to ensure timely closings and purchases, and maintain compliance with federal/state lending laws.

Perform default reporting and analytics for mortgage servicing portfolios, validate and troubleshoot data and exception reports, conduct root-cause analysis, produce ad-hoc reports, document processes, and collaborate with default management to ensure regulatory-compliant, accurate reporting delivery.

Manage and monitor foreclosure vendor activities and processes to ensure timely, accurate residential mortgage foreclosure handling per investor, state, and federal requirements. Communicate with attorneys, trustees, vendors, clients, and internal teams; resolve escalations; maintain systems of record and tracking software; process fees and funds within SLAs; assist with training and SME tasks; ensure documentation, coding, and reporting for conveyance, REO transfers, and IRS reporting.

Review and quality-check FHA mortgage insurance claims for accuracy, ensure required documentation and reconciliations, communicate corrections, finalize and submit claims, and escalate trends or issues. Work under moderate supervision to meet agency and company guidelines and timeframes.

Manage Account Executives and broker relationships for wholesale and correspondent lending. Drive monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals, coach and mentor staff, oversee loan submissions and CRM usage, ensure compliance with lending regulations, prepare forecasts and reports, coordinate with operations, and represent the company at industry events. May include personal production.

Monitor and manage foreclosure vendor activity and pipeline to ensure timely, accurate residential mortgage foreclosure processing per investor, state, and federal requirements. Serve as SME, assist with training, resolve escalations, verify fees/costs, communicate with attorneys/trustees, maintain system records, and ensure proper post-sale dispositioning and reporting.

Serve as an advanced subject-matter expert on loss mitigation: handle inbound/outbound calls, review hardship documentation, recommend workouts, track and resolve escalations, communicate approvals/denials, route liquidation cases, maintain issue database, and educate clients on government program options to avoid foreclosure.

Provide administrative and loan-processing support to assigned Account Executives and TPO sales management. Tasks include data entry into the LOS, gathering and verifying loan documents, monitoring pipeline and lock expirations, scheduling broker calls, assisting brokers and serving as backup for AEs, supporting marketing and lead-generation activities, and preparing reports while ensuring compliance with company and investor guidelines.

Perform remote QA review and reconciliation of default mortgage claims (FHA, VA, PMI, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC). Validate expenses, verify taxes/insurance, identify and escalate errors/trends, document in mortgage platform, complete audits, and ensure claims meet agency and investor guidelines and timelines.
