Provides foundational HR business partnership support, handling routine associate relations, policy questions, onboarding, performance management, and HR initiatives. Analyzes HR metrics, surveys, and performance trends; generates reports and dashboards; identifies actionable insights; supports HRBP decision-making; and maintains accurate HRIS and job-description content while protecting confidential employee information.

Leads Treasury Management Services operations, supervising staff responsible for client onboarding, implementations, maintenance, quality assurance, risk controls, and service delivery. Oversees workflow, staffing, performance, reporting, process improvements, regulatory compliance, NACHA updates, and escalated client concerns. Coaches employees, maintains policies and procedures, partners with Treasury Product teams, and ensures accurate, efficient support for commercial and corporate banking clients.

Manages commercial borrowing relationships, develops new business through prospecting and referrals, analyzes financial data, structures and negotiates credit transactions, oversees loan portfolios, monitors repayment and problem loans, presents loans for approval, and supports team members through coaching when needed.

Leads a commercial banking team while building customer relationships, developing new business, growing the loan portfolio, generating fee income, and maintaining credit quality. Structures and negotiates commercial lending solutions, analyzes creditworthiness, presents loans to approval committees, ensures policy compliance, monitors repayment activity, prepares reports, and drives client acquisition and retention goals. Requires local travel and occasional overnight out-of-state travel.

Support Treasury Management sales by coordinating opportunities, demos, proposals, implementations and client reviews. Maintain CRM data, prepare pricing/profitability models and manage implementation timelines. Serve as subject-matter resource for client questions, qualify small-business referrals, and communicate solutions that reduce fraud and improve efficiency.

Own and grow an enterprise book of business: prospect new clients nationwide, execute cold-calling and pipeline strategies, present demos and solution-based proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate with Product/IT/Operations, maintain CRM activity, provide market feedback, and meet or exceed sales targets. Frequent travel for onsite meetings and tradeshows required.

Lead a local wealth management team to drive organic growth, deliver comprehensive wealth solutions, ensure client retention, and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management. Coordinate with internal partners to expand client relationships and implement market-specific business development initiatives.

Manage a portfolio of commercial loans and client relationships, perform preliminary financial analyses for credit decisions, ensure compliance with bank policy, prepare call plans and relationship reviews, refer prospects to other business lines, and engage in external networking.
