The Treasury Management Portfolio Manager manages client portfolios, driving fee income and product penetration through sales calls and client reviews, ensuring effective implementations and ongoing relationship management.

Leads commercial, wealth management, and treasury activities within a banking market. Manages commercial loan portfolios, assesses risk, generates revenue through loans and deposits, develops client and community relationships, and identifies new business opportunities. The role represents the bank at community events, ensures lending compliance, coordinates cross-functional sales efforts, and coaches market sales staff. Requires extensive banking experience, commercial banking and wealth management expertise, and frequent local market engagement.

Processes and maintains commercial deposit and enterprise payment services, including ACH, Zelle, and FedNow transactions. Performs payment file reviews, reconciliations, exception and dispute management, fraud-risk monitoring, quality audits, and regulatory compliance activities. Maintains documentation, supports process improvements, and provides peer guidance while ensuring accurate, timely transaction processing.

Performs high-volume general ledger and bank reconciliations, resolves outstanding reconciliation items, prepares accounts receivable client invoices and internal billing reports, and completes accounting data entry. Provides backup across accounting functions while working accurately under deadlines. Requires an Associate's degree in Accounting, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and strong organizational and communication abilities.

The Strategy Manager supports the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer by coordinating strategic planning, quarterly performance reviews, enterprise initiatives, and executive reporting. Responsibilities include financial modeling, business-case development, market and competitor analysis, performance dashboards, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations. Partners with executive leadership, business lines, Treasury, and Asset Liability Management to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic decisions. Oversees month-end models and data, improves reporting efficiency, ensures model risk documentation, and leads cross-functional initiatives. Requires five or more years of progressively responsible FP&A, finance, accounting, treasury, asset liability management, or financial systems experience.

Leads enterprise stress testing and quantitative risk modeling across loan, deposit, capital, and liquidity portfolios. Develops scenario analyses, forecasting models, and proprietary methodologies using statistical modeling, machine learning, Monte Carlo simulation, Python, and SQL. Evaluates model performance, supports governance and validation, provides independent challenge, and communicates portfolio risks and analytical findings to senior management, risk committees, and cross-functional partners.

Reviews commercial loan files and portfolios to assess credit risk, loan quality, collateral, financial performance, and compliance. Performs stress testing, reporting, quality control, due diligence, risk-grade meeting facilitation, and project management. Supports third-party reviews, administers the loan review system, prepares management reports, and trains and mentors junior analysts.

Provides enterprise-wide legal counsel to executive leadership and business units on corporate, banking, regulatory, transactional, risk, compliance, and litigation matters. Oversees legal aspects of enterprise risk management, SEC reporting, corporate governance, M&A, debt and equity transactions, commercial lending documentation, vendor contracts, and regulatory examinations. Leads Legal Department initiatives, manages outside counsel, and advises on emerging legal and regulatory risks.

Leads commercial relationship management, business development, loan portfolio oversight, credit analysis, loan structuring, and customer servicing. Develops new business through referrals and calling programs, cross-sells banking services, monitors loan quality and repayment, identifies problem loans, presents loans to approval committees, and coaches Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers. Requires strong financial analysis, sales, decision-making, communication, and mentoring skills.
