Serves as executive liaison for national healthcare clients, leading strategic relationships, account planning, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Oversees service delivery, resolves complex issues, guides internal teams, and advises clients on healthcare policy, benefits, cost containment, and employee engagement. Lead pricing and reserving for health products: develop and validate actuarial models, set liabilities, forecast rates and performance, manage actuarial projects, mentor staff, present results to stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Design, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow solutions including business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, Flow Designer flows, ACLs and API integrations. Consult with users to gather requirements, produce technical designs and test plans, lead coding/debugging activities, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and high-availability requirements. Support enterprise deployments, integrations, and process automation across ITSM, SPM, and ITOM/CMDB.

Leads medium-to-large projects through full lifecycle: planning, scope, design, execution and delivery. Defines requirements, manages stakeholders, vendors, schedules, risks and change. Tracks metrics, maintains documentation, mentors team members, and ensures compliance with segregation of duties and information security standards.

Provide enterprise architecture leadership by defining standards, roadmaps, reference architectures and governance. Partner with stakeholders to design secure, scalable technology solutions, evaluate emerging technologies, reduce technical debt, support transformation, and drive architecture reviews, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning.

Prepares, analyzes, and reviews financial statements per GAAP; posts journal entries, codes invoices, reconciles general ledger accounts; supports audits and special projects; prepares supporting financial data and maintains confidentiality and segregation of duties.
