Provides legal, regulatory, and healthcare counsel for US commercialization and launches of biopharmaceutical products. Advises on FDA regulations, promotional activities, labeling, healthcare fraud and abuse, privacy, anti-bribery, contracts, market access, patient programs, and interactions with healthcare professionals and regulators. Partners with commercial, medical, regulatory, and compliance teams, reviews promotional materials, negotiates agreements, delivers training, and supports strategic business decisions.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders: manage calendars, schedule meetings and travel, draft communications, prepare agendas and minutes, handle expense reports and vendor/contract tasks, liaise with global admin teams, and maintain confidentiality while juggling competing priorities.
