Lead complex systems engineering and scientific teams supporting NASIC. Conduct research and development for command-and-control and IT systems, guide specialized facility and infrastructure design, evaluate emerging technologies, assess implementation impacts, and brief senior customers. The role requires extensive DoD or government systems engineering experience, advanced education, U.S. citizenship, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Provide Tier 1 network support for U.S. Government airborne command-and-control communications systems, Air-to-GIG Gateways, systems integration labs, and security operations centers. Responsibilities include coordinating network requirements, administering Microsoft Active Directory networks, using SolarWinds for troubleshooting and monitoring, and supporting Air Force network operations and security organizations. This is a full-time, on-site role at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, contingent on contract award, with 10% travel possible.

Provides Tier 2 network engineering support for U.S. Government airborne command and control communications systems. Configures, monitors, troubleshoots, repairs, replaces, and upgrades classified and unclassified LAN/WAN infrastructure, gateways, and integration lab systems. Maintains network security and monitoring tools, performs STIG compliance activities, supports installations and cutovers, analyzes performance trends, and coordinates with military cyber and network operations organizations.

Supports the development and refinement of analytic workflows using large NASIC datasets in cloud and enterprise environments. Prepares and transforms data for AI and machine learning, performs quantitative and exploratory analysis, assists with basic modeling, documents processes and results, and collaborates with engineers and mission analysts. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, two years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Provides Tier 3 voice engineering and VoIP support for military command-and-control communications networks. Configures, patches, secures, tests, and troubleshoots Cisco voice systems, SIP integrations, gateways, servers, and network devices. Supports systems integration labs and operational Air-to-GIG gateways, maintains baselines and documentation, implements configuration changes, performs backups and fault-tolerance work, and assists with architecture, testing, installations, and lifecycle planning. The role is full-time, on-site at Scott Air Force Base and requires occasional travel.

Supports USSOCOM software acquisition programs by analyzing data, developing acquisition strategies and documentation, conducting market research, preparing reports and briefings, monitoring cost, schedule, performance, risks, compliance, and funding, and recommending improvements to program operations and policies.

Conducts DoD contract acquisition and administration for SOF programs, including regulatory research, pre-solicitation documentation, solicitations, price and cost analysis, negotiations, awards, modifications, and post-award administration. Maintains auditable contract files, supports contract reviews and approvals, participates in integrated product teams, and advises government and industry stakeholders on acquisition matters.

Leads government acquisition planning and execution support, including drafting PWSs and SOOs, developing IGCEs, evaluating task order proposals, monitoring funding and contract performance, and supporting milestone reviews. Produces acquisition posture reports and assists with cost and price reasonableness assessments. Requires extensive DoD or intelligence-community acquisition experience, knowledge of FAR and DFARS, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Provides expert oversight of complex DoD and Intelligence Community technical programs, including C5ISR and IT initiatives. Directs cost, schedule, performance, acquisitions, requirements documentation, contract deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinates intelligence integration and collaboration across agencies, facilitates technical exchanges, and briefs senior stakeholders. Requires extensive technical project management experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. The role is onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB with occasional travel.
