Provide remote litigation support for 2-3 California workers' compensation attorneys: prepare court documents, manage calendars and depositions, assist with trial preparation and discovery, maintain electronic files, handle high-volume document production, and perform general administrative tasks to support a paperless claims legal team.

Handle a designated caseload of California Workers' Compensation cases: research, prepare pleadings, present defense strategies at hearings/trials, negotiate resolutions, collaborate with claims partners, manage files, meet billable hours, and use case management tools.

This role involves leading the development and integration of AI solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, focusing on architecture, performance optimization, governance, and team mentorship while driving innovation in productivity.
