Lead and develop a UX design team delivering web, secure web, and mobile experiences. Set design vision and quality standards, champion accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), evolve the enterprise Design System, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Research, run discovery, prototyping, usability testing, and ensure high-quality implementation while fostering design excellence and continuous improvement.

Validate recovery testing and evidence, identify systemic resilience risks, establish KRIs and reporting, advise on major technology changes, and partner with risk, cyber, architecture, and BCM teams to improve recoverability and governance.

Lead design, development, and deployment of data science and GenAI solutions. Translate business goals into ML problems, engineer features, train/evaluate models and LLMs, build RAG/agent systems, work with vector DBs, mentor juniors, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Lead PMO portfolio reporting and governance for the dental portfolio. Build executive dashboards and automated reporting, align prioritization and funding, optimize PMO processes and tooling (Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, Confluence), drive lean portfolio practices, enable Power BI visualizations, train users, and deliver insights to improve value realization and delivery efficiency.

Serve as the primary on-site liaison to dental providers to educate on benefits, onboard and recruit network providers, promote technology and electronic claims, monitor provider cost and quality, resolve escalated issues, conduct office reviews and presentations, and expand/strengthen network access within the Massachusetts market.

Provide holistic life and health financial advice by phone and digital channels, assess client needs, recommend insurance solutions, maintain licensing, collaborate with branch and support teams, use planning tools to help clients prepare for retirement, and identify improvements to enhance client experience.

Provide bilingual (English/French) phone support for investment fund advisors and clients, process telephone-initiated transactions, document actions, resolve or escalate operational issues, meet performance standards, and support department initiatives.

Lead US Events & Experience strategy, governance, and execution across multiple sites. Provide strategic oversight, people leadership, and vendor/financial stewardship to deliver consistent, scalable onsite, offsite, and hybrid workplace experiences that support culture and business outcomes.
