Serve as the commercial finance business partner for Industrial Powertrain Solutions, owning demand forecasting, performance insights, financial planning, and analytics. Translate data into actionable recommendations, build models and dashboards, lead planning and long-range strategy, and drive process simplification, automation, and data integrity to improve growth, margin, and execution.

Support plant financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance and cost analysis, inventory and cost accounting, SOX/internal controls support, and partner with operations toward continuous improvement and Controller cross-training.

Manage end-to-end international export shipments for assigned accounts, coordinate with internal teams and freight partners, prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, government certificates, AES filings), ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery, resolve shipment issues, build customer relationships, support continuous improvement, and meet departmental KPIs.

Lead the indirect tax function including managing internal team and a co-sourcing relationship, oversee U.S./Canadian indirect tax compliance and controversies, partner with business and IT on automation, perform tax research, manage nexus and taxability analyses, and identify process improvements to minimize tax liabilities.

Lead development and governance of global transfer pricing strategy. Advise on restructurings, M&A, IP/licensing, intercompany financing, and supply chain changes. Manage third-party documentation providers and coordinate transfer pricing aspects of compliance, provision, planning, and controversy across Tax, Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business units. Drive process improvements and automation.

Provide onsite quality engineering support for aerospace manufacturing: analyze quality data, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, manage nonconforming product dispositions, develop inspection plans, execute gauge R&Rs and capability studies, support AS9100/NADCAP certification activities, and qualify new equipment and processes using PPAP/APQP and other quality tools.

Support centralized accounting across multiple legal entities: prepare monthly/quarterly journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, manage intercompany accounting and billings, support inventory and cash application activities, assist audits, and partner with corporate and local teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and process improvements in accordance with GAAP.

Lead North America Level 2 Applications and Systems Engineering team for motion control products. Deliver pre- and post-sales technical support, drive problem-solving and continuous improvement, manage training and budgets, coordinate field service and testing, collaborate cross-regionally, and ensure product interoperability and customer satisfaction.

Design and develop miniature DC/brushless motor drive systems from concept to production. Create technical proposals, support manufacturing and customers with troubleshooting and testing, integrate innovative technologies, and collaborate with global R&D teams.

Serve as a customer-facing SME to translate condition monitoring insights into reliability improvements. Lead reviews, drive predictive maintenance adoption, perform RCA and failure trend analysis, optimize PMs, track outcomes/ROI, escalate risks, support account retention/expansion, and collaborate with product and engineering on customer-driven improvements.
