Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support of Appian applications for a federal health research client. Lead and manage a large federal IT program, ensuring delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams while engaging stakeholders and managing risks.

Design, implement, and operationalize GenAI/LLM solutions to enable AI-assisted development, codebase intelligence, and legacy-to-cloud modernization. Integrate AI assistants with enterprise platforms, support AI/ML workloads (e.g., SageMaker), ensure secure data handling, and drive AI adoption, governance, and developer productivity across engineering and DevSecOps teams.

Design, build, and deploy Generative AI/LLM applications and RAG pipelines on Azure OpenAI. Develop React front-ends and Python/FastAPI backends, integrate vector databases and SQL/NoSQL data sources, support cloud infrastructure and security governance, run UAT and pilots, and produce documentation, dashboards, and automation using Power Automate and Power BI.
