Design and engineer sophisticated material-handling and automation systems from concept through installation. Design scalable supply chain automation and material handling solutions by translating customer requirements into practical concepts. Lead data collection, analysis, solution development, risk assessment, planning, and proposal creation. Partner with customers, Sales, and cross-functional teams to communicate recommendations, qualify opportunities, and build trusted relationships. Support decision-making, continuous improvement, and subject matter expertise while managing shifting priorities.

Generates and qualifies outbound and inbound leads, researches target accounts, engages decision makers, schedules sales meetings, develops territory strategies, gathers competitive intelligence, and maintains Salesforce data. Partners with sales and marketing teams to grow pipeline, improve lead quality, support campaigns, and identify business opportunities across the United States.

Designs and estimates mechanical solutions for automated material handling systems, including conveyor and sortation equipment. Creates proposal drawings, develops rough-order-of-magnitude costing, reviews technical specifications and mechanical drawings, and supports semi-complex project estimates. Collaborates with engineering, sales, account management, and solution teams on concept, technical, and cost reviews. Provides technical knowledge transfer and recommends productivity, cost, and customer-satisfaction improvements.

Provide software technical support through phone, email, and chat; diagnose application and system issues; collaborate with development teams; document problems and create knowledge-base content; train customers; participate in on-call rotations; and travel approximately 5% to customer and company locations. The role requires database and Windows administration experience, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and openness to AI technologies.
