Lead hands-on Oracle EBS finance and cost accounting functional work across Record-to-Report. Configure and support GL/AP/AR/FA/SLA and costing, perform reconciliations, drive period close, create functional specs, support testing and integrations, analyze production issues, and identify process and reporting improvements to ensure accurate close, controls, and compliance in a regulated environment.

Lead centralized recruiting operations to scale enterprise hiring: own recruiting processes, vendor and technology management, workforce planning, KPIs, candidate experience, and a team handling sourcing, screening, and scheduling across global regions.

Support FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, financial modeling, CapEx planning, SOX compliance, and cross-functional cost optimization. Provide insights to senior leadership and participate in special projects and M&A analysis.
