Provides financial planning and analysis for the Specialty Surgical division, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue and expense analysis, variance reporting, incentive compensation modeling, business reviews, and monthly close support. Partners with sales, accounting, and business leaders to evaluate performance, manage spending, automate reporting, identify trends, and support strategic financial targets.

Oversee the general ledger accounting team, including monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and the monthly close process. Ensure accurate subledger-to-general-ledger activity and compliance with SOX 404 requirements. Supervise, train, and support 3–5 accountants while collaborating with cross-functional teams and department heads on financial performance and reporting.

Provides financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and strategic business support for the consolidated international P&L. Responsibilities include budget and strategic planning, performance and margin analysis, financial modeling, resource allocation, management presentations, process improvement, and business partnering with international commercial leaders. The role supervises one to two financial analysts and supports revenue, EBITDA, risk, and opportunity analysis.

Manages global engineering governance and project controls for capital projects across company sites. Establishes standards, stage-gate processes, and controls for scope, cost, schedule, risk, changes, documentation, commissioning, and closeout. Leads engineering documentation and CAD standards, evaluates technology platforms, coordinates external technical providers, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and operational compliance. Oversees project and portfolio reporting, drives continuous improvement, and standardizes facilities and engineering practices across geographically dispersed locations.

Executes complex risk-based IT audits, IT SOX testing, and advisory reviews across enterprise systems, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data governance, and technology-enabled processes. Evaluates IT general and application controls, identifies deficiencies, recommends remediation, and tracks corrective actions. Reviews emerging technology and AI controls, applies frameworks including COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, COSO, and ITIL, and uses analytics and automation to improve audit efficiency. Collaborates with IT, Finance, management, external auditors, and global stakeholders while preparing executive-ready documentation and reports.

Provides FP&A support and financial analytics for the Specialty Surgery division, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue and expense trends, pricing and volume analysis, incentive compensation modeling, business reviews, reporting automation, and monthly close support. Partners with sales, accounting, and business leaders to manage spending, improve reporting, and support strategic financial targets.

Provides FP&A support for the US Tissue Reconstruction division through revenue and expense forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, variance analysis, trend and pricing analysis, financial reporting, and monthly close support. Partners with sales, marketing, accounting, and department leaders to manage spending, forecast costs, prepare executive business reviews, and support financial targets. Uses automation and AI to improve reporting and analytics.

Lead Corporate Enabling Functions FP&A, directing a team to manage budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and risk/insurance strategy. Partner with ELT on OpEx/CapEx oversight, drive forecast accuracy, support close processes and accruals, deliver actionable financial analysis and visuals, and support special projects to inform executive decision-making and optimize returns.

Lead global HS classification, origin determination, and transatlantic tariff optimization to reduce landed costs while ensuring customs compliance. Partner with Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to analyze product documentation, support binding rulings, model landed-cost scenarios, maintain audit-ready records, and drive trade process improvements across US-EU and EMEA supply flows.

Serve as the primary HR leader for a manufacturing facility, partnering with business leaders on performance management, talent management, employee relations, organizational design, change management, compensation, workforce planning, and leadership development to drive business results and cultural transformation.
