Supports attorneys on complex corporate and finance transactions, including asset purchase, structured finance, secured lending, and securitization matters. Responsibilities include transaction management, due diligence, legal document preparation, closing coordination, UCC filings, regulatory research, deadline tracking, record maintenance, proofreading, quality control, and post-closing support. The role also involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders while managing confidential information and meeting demanding transaction deadlines.

Provides administrative support to attorneys and legal administrative staff, including expense processing, time entry, travel coordination, meeting arrangements, correspondence formatting, shipping, mailing projects, phone coverage, confidential mail handling, file organization, and document production. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, customer service, flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Provide high-level administrative, operational, and analytical support to attorneys and practice groups: prepare and reconcile client/matter reports, manage time and expense entries, coordinate travel and meetings, handle document production and records management, and support business development and client-service initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and improving processes.

Provide transactional securities paralegal support for investment funds: prepare and file SEC and state filings (Form IDs, Form Ds, Form NF, Section 16s), conduct blue sky research, manage EDGAR Next/NASAA submissions, liaise with regulators, assist with entity formation, proofread documents, track filings and deadlines, and provide backup support across the Investment Funds team. Requires overtime as needed.

The Senior Client Accounts Specialist manages client accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving billing disputes in a collaborative environment with attorneys and clients.

Provide administrative support to law firm teams including document production, file maintenance and organization, database entry, and general office tasks. Deliver high customer service, prioritize work, handle shifting workloads, and occasionally extend hours as needed.

Provide support during FDA inspections, ensure CGMP compliance, prepare clients for inspections, and manage related quality system issues.
