Manage the RFQ process, set up new vendors, maintain ERP data, resolve pricing discrepancies, and assist in logistics and cost-saving measures.

Support category strategy development and sourcing execution for assigned spend areas. Perform spend analysis, assist RFQs/RFPs, manage supplier coordination, track savings and KPIs, and support contract execution and cross-functional sourcing projects in a manufacturing environment.

Lead multi-year category strategies and complex global sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings, supplier performance, and supply continuity. Advise senior leaders, manage contracts and supplier relationships, influence cross-functional NPD and capital projects, mitigate supply risks, and develop sourcing team capabilities.

Manage quarterly RFQ process with domestic and overseas suppliers, set up new vendors, maintain ERP data, issue schedule agreements, resolve pricing and goods-received discrepancies, support PPV/re-quote approvals, coordinate freight estimates, and perform related sourcing duties.

Develop and maintain production test software/hardware, implement test plans, troubleshoot test failures, maintain test equipment, drive improvements, train technicians, and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to support mass production.

Lead system improvement and digitalization projects to optimize manufacturing processes. Develop business cases, implement automation and system enhancements (MES/ERP/SCADA), create dashboards, conduct gap analyses and Kaizens, support QA with SPC, train operations, monitor KPIs, and present ROI-backed recommendations to management.

Manage program implementation through contract manufacturing: schedule and oversee hardware fabrication, coordinate supply chain and customers, track NPI and sustaining programs, resolve cross-functional issues, manage POs and invoicing, and publish weekly status reports to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries.

Manage customer product program implementation through contract manufacturing. Plan, schedule, and oversee hardware fabrication; ensure contractual deliveries on time and within budget. Develop and maintain program schedules, estimate and track timing, support RFQs, run cross-functional status meetings, lead project managers, control deadlines and budgets, and apply change, risk, resource, and quality management.

Provide front-desk reception and general administrative support including mail handling, office supply and equipment management, travel and visa booking, corporate housing coordination, vendor invoice processing, basic executive assistance, and HR administrative support.

As a Product Engineer, you will support new product development, collaborate with engineers, and prepare documentation for production while managing costs and tooling design.
