Manage Century’s top strategic accounts as a trusted technology advisor to executive stakeholders. Lead client engagement cadences, technology roadmaps, cybersecurity planning, licensing and contract renewals, budgeting, retention, and account expansion. Conduct executive meetings and QBRs, identify operational and risk-reduction improvements, and collaborate with engineering, service delivery, and sales teams to resolve issues and deliver client success.
