Contractual patent agent or patent attorney responsible for drafting and filing domestic and international patent applications, managing IP portfolios, prosecuting patents, conducting prior-art and freedom-to-operate searches, supporting trademark matters and litigation, and advising inventors on IP strategy. The role requires USPTO registration, a relevant technical bachelor’s degree, and 1–3 years of patent experience. Hybrid work is available with occasional travel.
