The Customer Success Project Manager at BioIntelliSense will lead cross-functional project teams, define project scope, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective project planning and execution. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, onboarding, and resolving project-related issues while presenting updates to stakeholders.

The Quality Engineer, Design Assurance will engage in product design control activities for new product introductions and sustaining design efforts, optimize relevant processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while providing risk management oversight and training.

Act as the key bridge between clinical teams, customers, and product development, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and clinical workflows. Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to map out workflows, prioritize features, and identify pain points that the product should address. Partner closely with design teams to deliver a high-quality user experience that reflects an understanding of the clinical environment and user behavior. Serve as the primary interface between the development team and the customer, gathering feedback, ensuring alignment, and communicating updates. Work closely with technical counterparts to ensure user stories, epics, and product backlogs are effectively defined to meet user needs. Lead user-story mapping, use case development, and product design discussions in collaboration with both internal teams and external users. Ensure product design aligns with clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and the overall product vision. Conduct user research and partner with Human Factors teams on usability studies to continuously refine the product and improve the user experience. Work with the marketing and sales teams to communicate the product's value proposition and assist in go-to-market strategies.

As a Sr. Embedded Algorithms Engineer, you will prototype and implement algorithms for BioIntelliSense products, focusing on vital sign signal extraction from high frequency sensor data. This role involves optimizing algorithms for processor and power constraints, developing testing protocols, and contributing to internal tools for improving algorithm benchmarking and testing capabilities.
