Serves as the primary day-to-day client contact for integrated advertising accounts. Builds client relationships, advises on brand and business objectives, collaborates with creative, strategy, production, and project management teams, and supports concept development and approvals. Manages project checkpoints, status reporting, client presentations, competitor analysis, scheduling, logistics, and account administration. Mentors junior team members and leads priorities and workstreams for assigned projects.

The role supervises account staff, coordinates cross-functional agency partners, supports market research, manages client scopes and profitability, and champions high-quality, effective creative work.

Develops and executes integrated visual concepts and campaigns across television, social, earned media, activations, email, and video. Partners with copywriters and integrated teams to align visuals with strategy, brand tone, budgets, schedules, and client expectations. Presents creative work, incorporates feedback, manages multiple projects and deadlines, maintains creative standards, and stays current with design technology, cultural trends, and industry-leading creative work.
