Provide B2B client support by understanding client needs and order history, coordinating interactions between clients, Client Relationship Managers, and support staff, promoting product offerings, handling high email volumes, performing clerical tasks and data entry, and maintaining organized, professional client communication.

Lead and develop a territory B2B outside sales team, drive new business and account growth, act as regional sales leader and brand ambassador, manage sales operations and annual planning, coach CRMs, approve pricing deviations, and strengthen client and supplier relationships to deliver profitable growth.
