Lead development, editing, standardization, and maintenance of complex technical documentation (SOPs, work instructions, templates, manuals) for Government IT programs. Coordinate across stakeholders, maintain version control and repositories, design and maintain documentation portal dashboards and QA/performance dashboards, support audits and process improvements, and ensure compliance with Government documentation standards and deadlines.

Lead, plan, execute, monitor, and close complex DoD IT projects supporting SOCOM SIE. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, SLAs, contractor performance, acquisition documentation (SOW/PWS/SOO/CDRLs), reporting, and program repositories. Serve as trusted advisor to government stakeholders, support QA/QASP, and drive process improvements. Active Top-Secret clearance required.
