Lead full-cycle recruitment for Product and Engineering roles across the U.S. and internationally. Partner with senior leaders to define roles and hiring priorities, build and manage proactive talent pipelines, deliver a candidate-first experience across time zones, advise on compensation and recruiting strategy, and design scalable recruiting processes that support global growth and diversity goals.

Serve as primary post-sales contact for Federal customers, driving onboarding, implementation, adoption, and value realization. Build stakeholder relationships, advocate for customers internally, coordinate issue resolution with technical teams, provide product expertise and training, and work with sales to retain and expand accounts.

Serve as strategic post-sales partner for a portfolio of major financial services customers. Drive outcomes through executive engagement, onboarding, success planning, renewals/expansion, cross-functional advocacy, and escalation management while coordinating technical workstreams with Solutions Architects.

Serve as post-sales primary contact for enterprise customers, driving onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewals. Collaborate with solutions architects, support, product, and engineering to resolve issues, provide product expertise, train customers, and advocate customer needs internally.

Lead and manage Chainguard's US commercial legal team while remaining a hands-on negotiator. Own commercial contracting, enterprise deal negotiation, playbooks, and cross-functional alignment. Ensure compliance with open source licensing and US privacy/data security frameworks, support sales velocity, and lead quarter-end closing cycles.

Own and design high-impact components of Chainguard's container image platform. Build and improve image build systems, tooling, and services at scale. Drive technical direction, participate in roadmap planning, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers to raise engineering quality.

Design, build, and evolve customer-facing backend services and public APIs; own features end-to-end from design through rollout; create technical design documents; ensure services are observable, resilient, and usable across multiple products; collaborate closely with Product and Experience teams to prioritize and ship iterations.

The Senior Software Engineer will enhance the core product by developing features and tools for Chainguard Images, collaborating with teams and ensuring product quality.
