Lead onboarding, activation, developer-led growth, subscriptions, account management, and cross-product workflows. Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Product leaders to improve user journeys, drive adoption and conversion, establish scalable platform patterns, and balance short-term growth with long-term investments.

Build and operate the internal Developer Platform: improve monorepo CI/CD, scale agentic AI platform (observability, RAG, context engineering), consolidate build systems, automate developer toil, and drive DORA-aligned delivery across teams through design, code reviews, and platform roadmaps.

Own end-to-end commission calculation, validation, reporting, and payout; design and optimize compensation plans (accelerators, gates, multipliers); manage global plans and mega-deal structures; mentor a Senior Financial Analyst; build scalable processes, controls, and infrastructure to reduce commission pay rate and support growth.

Sell Chainguard's secure open-source software to SMB customers in the Central territory.
