Lead and mentor a flight software team to architect, design, and deliver high-reliability embedded C/C++ flight software. Define architecture and coding standards, perform design/code reviews, support HIL/SIL integration and testing, mitigate technical risks, collaborate with systems/GNC/avionics, and contribute to proposals and technical documentation for mission-critical space systems.

Support development and operations of New Glenn launch vehicle: oversee hardware and autonomous software integration, provide real-time test and launch console support, author operations documents, assess and fix gaps in system timelines, feed operational feedback to designers, and support engineering change requests, design reviews, readiness reviews, and technical risk management to ensure safe, repeatable human-capable spaceflight.

Design, develop, and support fluid and mechanical systems for rocket engine and test facility infrastructure across the system lifecycle. Produce P&IDs, models, drawings, and analyses; apply fluid mechanics and structural fundamentals for cryogenic, propellant, and high-pressure gas systems; support hazard analyses, supplier coordination, installation, commissioning, and configuration management in Windchill.

Develop and maintain company-wide eCAD PCB component libraries and common circuit block layouts. Produce Altium-based PCB layouts and fabrication outputs, ensure IPC Class 3 manufacturing practices, support PCB/PCBA design reviews, resolve layout issues, define process improvements, and mentor junior layout staff while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams for aerospace-grade, high-speed/high-power designs.

Own requirements and verification for New Glenn launch pad fluid subsystems (piping, cryogenics, high-pressure gas, hydraulics). Collaborate with designers and cross-discipline engineers, plan subsystem tests/commissioning, support CONOPS/ICDs and design reviews, and identify/mitigate fluid compatibility, pressure, and integration risks.

Lead design and integration of perception algorithms and sensor fusion for autonomous navigation, targeting, and situational awareness. Define perception architecture and strategy, drive object detection/tracking/classification and real-time implementations, support HITL/SITL and flight testing, mentor engineers, and coordinate with GN&C, avionics, and systems teams to validate performance for on-orbit and national security missions.

Perform thermal and fluid systems analysis for the New Glenn launch vehicle across design, verification, flight operations, and sustaining engineering. Implement aerothermal, plume heating, and natural environment models, maintain analysis inputs/models/results, and document findings in reports and data books to support safe human-capable spaceflight.

Design and layout high-reliability avionics PCBs using Altium; develop and maintain eCAD component libraries; enforce IPC/DFM standards; perform SI/thermal/power delivery design and reviews; mentor junior layout resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturable designs.

Provide manufacturing engineering support for rocket engine test campaigns: create work instructions and test plans, manage hardware configuration and inventory, direct technicians, document and disposition non-conformances, perform root cause and corrective actions, support maintenance/inspection/repair, develop tooling and process improvements, and help manage cost, quality, and schedule for test hardware.

Serve as senior finance business partner for Engines, driving budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, cost modeling, and KPI reporting. Perform data mining and advanced analytics (Databricks, Redshift, SQL, Python, GenAI) to inform procurement, materials, labor, and production financials. Build financial models, present executive-level insights, mitigate financial risk, and mentor junior analysts to improve program financial health and decision-making.
