Lead and advance EHS programs globally, focusing on laser safety and cleanroom protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safety culture.

Lead simulation and virtual validation for large-scale laser and welding automation projects. Evaluate manufacturability, create virtual work cells, develop off-line robot programs, optimize layouts and takt times, and guide mechanical/tool design to ensure part access and system fit. Support sales, project teams, and train other VSEs while managing solution configurations and project risk.
