The Vice President Finance is responsible for financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and team leadership, driving business transformation and growth initiatives for Husqvarna Forest & Garden's North America unit.

Manage and grow dealer relationships across an assigned multi-state territory to increase sales and market share. Secure and develop new dealers, service existing dealers, conduct product demonstrations and trade show representation, track dealer interactions in CRM, support promotions and marketing campaigns, monitor inventory levels, and travel frequently (up to 60%).

Lead site sourcing and procurement for Husqvarna Construction Olathe: manage procurement/SQA team, drive strategic and operational sourcing, support NPD, secure cost/quality/delivery/sustainability, run supplier negotiations and governance, mitigate supply risks, report KPIs, and develop team capabilities.
