Lead benefits, payroll, retirement and well-being strategy and operations for a multi-state law firm. Ensure regulatory compliance, vendor and fiduciary governance, payroll accuracy, and continuous process improvement. Manage and coach a team, partner cross-functionally with Finance and HR Technology, lead projects, and deliver an excellent employee experience.

Manage complex procurement and asset management activities: analyze spend, run RFx processes, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, generate and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries and supplier performance, support software licensing and renewals, and implement process and risk-reduction improvements.

Process and research conflicts for new clients and matters, run and review Intapp Open searches, analyze entity relationships and materiality, document and coordinate conflict resolution with attorneys and managers, and support related special projects.

Provide litigation support to attorneys in commercial litigation: fact investigation, witness interviews, drafting pleadings and discovery, legal research, document preparation/production, e-discovery/database management, docketing, trial preparation/attendance, client and expert liaison, and mentoring junior staff. Must meet annual billable target and work across offices or remotely.

The Conflicts Counsel will address conflicts of interest in legal practices, maintain records, and ensure compliance with professional conduct rules. Responsibilities include drafting waivers, evaluating conflict issues, and training staff.

Provide litigation support including legal research, document preparation and production, docketing/case management, trial and deposition preparation and attendance, records collection and summarization, client interaction, and use of litigation technology and legal AI. Meet a 1500 annual billable hour target.

Manage all aspects of a law offices operations including facilities, HR, finance, systems, vendor relations, event planning, and onsite client/visitor experience. Recruit, supervise, and develop non-timekeeper staff; support Managing Partner on budgeting and local business development; coordinate cross-functional projects and emergency/security protocols. Serve as primary onsite administrator for office logistics, moves, and day-to-day operational excellence.

Manage accounts receivable and collections for the firm: monitor overdue accounts, contact clients, negotiate payment plans, prepare bankruptcy claims and demand letters, maintain records, generate reports (AR, WIP, DSO), recommend write-offs, coordinate with partners, counsel, and internal teams, and train/support junior staff to ensure timely billing and collections.
