Lead operational execution for the Financial Services & Capital Markets SBU. Implement strategy, improve processes, manage budgeting and KPIs, support talent lifecycle and staffing, liaise with firm operations, and present regular reports to SBU leadership to drive growth and client service excellence.

The Business Development Specialist will support marketing and business development projects, collaborate with teams, and enhance client engagement for the Real Estate, Development, and Construction SBU.

Process conflict searches for new clients and matters, perform detailed corporate research, review Intapp Open submissions and Conflict Results Reports, determine materiality, coordinate with stakeholders and managers to resolve conflicts, document resolutions, track workflow status, and support special projects.

Manage litigation discovery projects by advising attorneys/paralegals on identification, collection, processing, review and production of data. Build and configure Relativity and other databases, draft project plans and SOWs, coordinate vendors, provide estimates/status reports, troubleshoot technical issues, and support trial technology and case management needs.

Provide attorneys and paralegals with litigation support including docketing, filing, document preparation and production, database management, legal research, trial and deposition preparation, and client-facing deliverables. Must meet 1,000 billable hours annually and adopt legal AI tools; Excel proficiency required.

Provide administrative and analytical support to the Taxation and Partner Compensation team, preparing and reconciling partner compensation and tax documents (including K-1s), managing partner account reconciliations and true-up calculations, supporting year-end equity reconciliations, Partner Loan Program administration, and coordinating tax return and audit communications under senior supervision.

The Conflicts Counsel will address conflicts of interest in legal practices, maintain records, and ensure compliance with professional conduct rules. Responsibilities include drafting waivers, evaluating conflict issues, and training staff.

The Accounts Payable Auditor audits and processes accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm policies while communicating with attorneys, staff, and vendors.
