The Business Development Manager will create and manage strategies for client acquisition and retention, enhance firm's profile, and support the Complex Torts group. Collaborates with stakeholders, ensures observability and security, supports production incidents, and provides documentation and knowledge transfer.

Provide Tier II on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals; image/configure systems; support Windows, Citrix, Office and remote locations; assist with AV and mobile carrier issues; maintain asset lifecycle and participate in on-call rotations.

Support development of pricing arrangements, financial models, budgets and AFAs for a law firm. Produce pricing analyses, competitive market research, and performance metrics. Collaborate with attorneys, IT, and data teams to implement pricing tools (Elite 3E, Iridium), leverage AI/analytics for forecasting, and train stakeholders on pricing technology.

The Lateral Recruiting Manager oversees recruiting processes for attorneys and paralegals, manages team performance, communicates with candidates, and shapes recruiting strategies to ensure diversity and efficiency.

Provide litigation support to attorneys including fact investigation, drafting pleadings and discovery, e-discovery and document review, trial preparation and attendance, docketing/case management, client and expert coordination, legal research, and use of litigation support and AI tools. Independently manage files, mentor junior staff, meet a 1500 annual billable hour target, and assist across multiple offices.

Provide substantial assistance in Chapter 11 commercial bankruptcy cases, including legal research, document preparation, and client service. Mentor junior staff and maintain proficiency in database management and legal AI.
