Develop and improve automotive sunroof modules and roof systems. Oversee engineering changes, support design of experiments, DFM/DFA analysis, testing, cost reduction, root-cause investigations, and manufacturing quality issues. Provide technical input on supplier and customer assembly plant issues, update DFMEAs, support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities, and make minor CAD drawing updates while ensuring compliance with automotive quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Design, develop, and support control systems for automotive roof mechanisms in collaboration with OEM partners. Work on product development for future car models, participate in cross‑functional teams, and contribute to engineering solutions at the Auburn Hills assembly location.
