Lead plant materials operations including planning, warehouse, customer service, logistics and engineering change coordination. Balance inventory, freight and staffing vs. delivery performance; implement inbound/outbound flows during industrialization using INFOR LN; manage SCM KPIs, continuous improvement, safety and supplier forecasts; coach and develop the local SCM team and partner with production, purchasing and engineering.

Provide general IT support at the Auburn Hills headquarters: troubleshoot hardware and software, assist users with workstations and peripherals, support basic network and system tasks, and escalate issues to senior IT staff.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, execute month-end and year-end closings, manage AP/AR, reconciliations and general ledger reviews. Produce KPIs, forecasts and budgets, perform special financial studies, recommend improvements, and coordinate with management on financial planning, compliance, and reporting.
