Perform structural and thermal analysis and develop/maintain finite element models for optical flight hardware. Ensure optical alignment and survivability through launch, thermal, and vibration environments. Support STOP analysis with optical engineers to meet alignment sensitivity, detector tolerances, boresight stability, wavefront error, and pointing requirements.

Lead test stand deployments, manage networking (PTP/NTP), servers, virtualization, storage, hybrid cloud, IaC, backup/recovery, and security alignment with enterprise standards while supporting CI/CD and test operations.

Design, build, and maintain standardized electrical test hardware (DAQ, controls, power distribution, enclosures). Create schematics, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and documentation. Support procurement, fabrication, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with test ops, software automation, and IT for deployment and configuration of test assets.

Design, implement, and verify GNC algorithms and software for spacecraft (LEO/GEO, upper stages, landers). Develop flight and simulation code, generate verification data, create reusable tools, resolve technical issues, and communicate designs. Mentor others and define GNC best practices for senior roles.

Lead design, analysis, testing, and implementation of in-house liquid propulsion components and subsystems. Plan and execute tests (engine hotfire, valve functional), perform thermal-fluids and materials trades, resolve technical issues, and coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to deliver flight hardware.

Lead design and optimization of in-space servicing missions: create CONOPS, maneuver plans, trajectory and budget analyses, build analysis tools, integrate results into proposals, engage customers, and coordinate with engineering for simulations and verification.

Own and develop star trackers and optical navigation systems. Implement GNC flight, analysis, and test artifacts; develop identification, attitude-resolution, and object-detection algorithms; support relative navigation; verify sensor performance via simulation and hardware; contribute to attitude determination, flight and simulation software, and ground/on-orbit tools. Mentor others at senior levels.

Perform fabrication, assembly, verification, and testing of propulsion, combustion, and electromechanical spacecraft hardware; maintain and calibrate test equipment; develop automated acceptance tests; troubleshoot fluid and electrical systems; create 2D drawings from 3D models; document results and provide technician training.
