Lead planning, execution, and analysis of tests for in-space mobility systems. Design, build, and commission test fixtures; execute and troubleshoot live test events; analyze data; collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations to ensure performance, safety, and reliability; document results and manage multiple test campaigns.

Lead design, analysis, testing, and operation of multiple spacecraft propulsion systems (cryogenic to storable). Own fluids and control systems, execute test campaigns, run design trades and reviews, resolve technical issues, and manage a cross-functional propulsion engineering team to deliver reliable flight vehicles.

Develop and maintain automation, data acquisition, and control software for propulsion test stands and component benches. Implement automation frameworks, support full test lifecycle, collaborate with test and propulsion teams, diagnose hardware-software issues, and operate onsite to enable reliable, high-fidelity propulsion testing.

Provide strategic legal counsel on U.S. government and defense contracts across the full lifecycle. Advise on FAR/DFARS, negotiate prime/subcontracts, support compliance (cost accounting, audits, data rights, cybersecurity), manage contract performance, disputes, and outside counsel, and develop scalable processes, templates, and training to support government contracting activities.

Lead architecture, development, and verification of guidance, navigation, and control systems for spacecraft across flight, test, and simulation. Develop control algorithms, participate in flight software and simulation, generate verification data, mentor engineers, create reusable tools, and resolve technical issues to enable rapid mission realization.

Lead development of storable liquid bipropellant thrusters: design, analysis, testing (including hotfire), subsystem integration, and resolving technical issues. Plan and execute tests, collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations, and lead technical projects or small teams to deliver reliable, high-performance propulsion systems.

Lead defense-focused business development for space mobility, space control, SDA, and missile defense. Shape requirements, lead capture and proposals, engage acquisition offices, coordinate with engineering, represent the company at industry and classified events, and align pursuits with executive strategy.
