Design, write, and debug flight and ground software integration/regression tests (simulation and hardware-in-the-loop). Implement tests in Python, support C/C++ debug, bring up Docker containers and HIL environments, integrate hardware emulators, automate tests in CI/CD, and collaborate with GNC and ops to create day-in-the-life spacecraft test scenarios.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of infrastructure for integration, test, and engineering environments. Oversee networks, compute, storage, lab infrastructure, and platform engineering. Manage teams, enforce standards, drive IaC and automation, ensure availability and time-synchronized operations, coordinate test stand deployments and facility readiness, and maintain monitoring, incident response, and secure engineering data practices aligned with compliance and zero-trust requirements.

Provide high-level executive support to VPs of Business Development and Government Relations, manage the Washington DC office, coordinate complex calendars and travel, plan conferences and events, interface with government and industry partners, manage BD/GR deliverables and information repositories, and ensure cross-team coordination across mission management, engineering, program management, finance, security, IT, and marketing.

Lead design, analysis, testing, and implementation of storable liquid bipropellant thrusters and subsystems. Plan and execute engine hotfire tests, perform thermal-fluid and materials trades, resolve technical issues, and lead small teams to deliver integrated, high-performance propulsion systems.

Lead and manage technical proposals for US government opportunities: write and edit proposal content, interpret complex requirements, coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop schedules and graphics, ensure compliance with submission rules, maintain proposal repositories, and support other teams with technical writing.
