Own all aspects of the Deneb propulsion system from concept to product realization: design engine components and layouts, create detailed CAD models and manufacturing drawings, perform fluid/thermal/structural analysis, coordinate procurement/fabrication/assembly, and resolve technical issues to enable flight hardware.

Lead standardization and implementation of design processes across structures, propulsion, avionics, composites, and mechanisms. Define margining, configuration management, release workflows (CAD→PLM→MRP/ERP), review templates, and design-for-reliability practices. Create tools for traceability and use build/flight data to influence requirements. Drive quality, containment, corrective actions, and cross-functional problem solving with build, quality, and flight reliability teams.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for spacecraft production: supplier qualification and onboarding, RFQs and negotiations, sourcing strategies, BOM management in PLM/ERP, KPI/SLA definition, cost optimization, inventory oversight, logistics coordination, and compliance with AS9100 and ITAR.

Manage and standardize PCB component libraries (symbols, footprints, 3D models, metadata) for avionics/RF flight PCBA designs. Ensure manufacturability and IPC compliance, validate new components, mentor engineers, and collaborate with electrical, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams to enable reliable, high-quality hardware development for space environments.

Support development, deployment, integration, and debugging of software, tools, and test infrastructure for data acquisition, hardware control, automation, and test operations. Configure, validate, and troubleshoot control systems, collaborate with test engineers, contribute to code reviews and documentation, and improve development workflows.

Design, develop, integrate, and verify real-time flight software for GNC, command/telemetry, mission sequencing, autonomy, fault management, and closed-loop control. Implement deterministic features in an RTOS/embedded Linux environment, develop anomaly detection/mitigation, participate in code reviews, and support ground integration, testing, and on-orbit operations.

Lead and grow a propulsion test engineering team to plan, execute, and analyze development and production propulsion tests. Oversee test operations, schedules, resources, and safety across multiple test sites; coordinate test infrastructure and data systems; drive root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement; ensure technical rigor and operational excellence.

Develop and maintain RF test fixtures and automated Python-based test systems. Operate and integrate RF lab equipment, characterize modulated waveforms and communication links, debug wireless hardware with cross-functional teams, document test procedures, and support system-level RF and OTA testing for spacecraft and ground communication systems.

Lead design, analysis, build, test, and integration of pressurized/unpressurized flight structures. Define requirements, support production ramp and qualification test campaigns, collaborate with propulsion, avionics, loads/dynamics and thermal teams, and ensure manufacturability and flightworthiness of launch vehicle hardware.

Technical authority for architecture, development, and mission success of interceptor spacecraft. Own system architecture, lead cross-functional trade studies, manage risk, oversee readiness/certification, resolve major anomalies, and coordinate with stakeholders across development, manufacturing, test, and operations.
