Lead design and development of propulsion valves and fluid components (cryogenic, high-pressure, high-temperature). Create detailed CAD models and drawings, perform fluid/thermal/structural analyses, establish assembly procedures, support development and qualification testing, work hands-on with technicians, and resolve technical issues from concept to product realization.

Design, architect, and bring up high-speed digital circuit boards for software-defined radios on spacecraft. Design, analyze, build, test, and integrate composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPVs) and mounts from concept through production. Lead supplier engagement, DFM, test planning, qualification campaigns, structural sizing, and cross-functional collaboration to demonstrate flightworthiness.

Lead RF test strategy, design automated Python-based test infrastructure, and perform system-level validation and characterization of GNSS receivers, radios, antennas, and other RF hardware across engineering, integration, and production environments.

Develop and maintain high-fidelity physics-based simulations of vehicle dynamics, sensors, actuators, and propulsion; integrate simulations into HIL testbeds; validate models with test data; support system analysis, trade studies, verification/validation, and mission rehearsals; contribute to simulation tooling and software workflows.

Develop real-time, fault-tolerant embedded firmware to control rocket and satellite actuators and motor-driven devices. Implement closed-loop control, interface with various sensors and communication protocols, design safety-critical state machines, support testing and hotfire campaigns, and produce unit-tested production firmware for spacecraft and testbeds.

Lead administration and optimization of Siemens NX and Teamcenter, manage part libraries, support NX-to-Teamcenter integration, resolve complex CAD issues, implement best practices for large assemblies and MBD, and lead upgrades and testing to ensure continuous production readiness.

Develop real-time, fault-tolerant embedded firmware for actuators and electromechanical control systems across launch vehicles and spacecraft. Implement closed-loop control, motor commutation, sensor feedback integration, and safety-critical state machines. Interface over CAN, SPI, UART, Ethernet, RS-422, and BISS-C; support testing, hotfire campaigns, and in-flight diagnostics. Produce unit-tested, production-quality firmware for harsh space environments.
