Lead IT financial governance and spend-to-value optimization globally. Own contract, vendor/MSP, cloud FinOps, software license management, spend intelligence, savings programs, and IT budgeting/forecasting while managing an IT Business Operations team.

Manage complex employee leave cases (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp, military, state leaves), ensure legal and policy compliance, coordinate cross‑functional return-to-work processes, maintain HRIS leave records, analyze leave trends, develop policies, support audits, and improve leave administration processes to protect confidentiality and employee experience.

Candidates will perform various manual labor tasks on rig sites, including equipment operation, maintenance, rigging activities, and following safety procedures.

Prepare 2D and 3D layouts, general arrangement and detailed drawings with bills of materials. Translate engineer specifications into technical drawings and models, revise and review drawings, maintain records, and follow H&P drafting and engineering standards. Some travel to fabrication, assembly, and rig sites required.
