Assists with quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including MD&A, audit requests, report tie-outs, SOX 404 compliance, and technical accounting research. Prepares accounting memoranda for complex transactions, supports special projects, and serves as a technical accounting resource. The Principal Network Engineer will design, implement, and optimize global network infrastructure while ensuring security and compliance, mentoring peers, and leading technical projects.

Candidates will perform manual labor tasks on a rig site, including rig assembly, equipment operation, and general maintenance duties while demonstrating company values.

Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for domestic and international entities. Prepares consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, journal entries, and audit schedules. Ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls while resolving intercompany discrepancies. Develops standardized accounting procedures, identifies automation opportunities, participates in system implementations, and drives continuous process improvements across a complex, multi-entity environment.

Prepares and analyzes monthly and quarterly internal financial reports, performs variance and trend analysis, and delivers performance insights to leadership. Partners with FP&A, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to support forecasting, resolve reporting discrepancies, maintain financial systems, and improve processes. Provides ad hoc reporting and analytical recommendations while ensuring reporting accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to standards.

Lead and mentor data engineering teams to design, build, and govern enterprise data warehouses, lakes, and lakehouses. Architect scalable ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines, drive cloud migrations, enable BI/AI initiatives, and partner with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver analytics and operational reporting.

Act as primary technical liaison for customers and internal teams to support production drilling software: troubleshoot, reproduce and root-cause defects, drive resolutions, validate releases, influence test automation, participate in UAT, and advocate product improvements to improve reliability and customer experience.
