The Employment Paralegal Associate will support litigation and compliance, conduct legal research, prepare documents, and ensure HR compliance with labor laws.

Lead business origination and growth with private equity funds and portfolio companies, focusing on commercial due diligence and related Advisory opportunities. Drive account strategy, prospecting, pursuit leadership, proposal and pricing strategy, and executive-level relationship management while coordinating scalable solution delivery across the firm.

Conduct tax research, evaluate technical merits of positions, prepare deliverables (memos, opinions, PLR requests, training), develop specialization in Credits & Incentives and Accounting Methods, manage staff and engagements, and collaborate across offices to deliver client solutions.

Support and enforce firm independence and ethical standards across personnel, audit/attest and nonaudit relationships. Manage independence inquiries, perform reviews/audits, develop resources and training, and lead multiple projects with strong communication and project-management skills.

Lead global design and delivery of sales and business-development learning programs. Partner with growth leaders and SMEs to create blended, practice-based learning, manage vendors, measure impact using revenue metrics, coach junior designers, and ensure compliance with global quality and regulatory standards.

Lead technical consulting on global indirect (SALT) tax issues: research, prepare written tax advice, review client analyses, track jurisdictional developments, develop firm tools, train staff, and manage client engagements and team members.

Lead and support engagement teams advising clients on complex accounting transactions, carve-outs, SEC filings, and M&A-related accounting. Provide technical guidance on US GAAP and specialized standards (e.g., ASC 606/842), train and supervise staff, engage stakeholders, and manage multiple concurrent engagements while traveling up to 30%.

Serve as FP&A partner to Technology (GTech) and Operations, owning budgeting, forecasting, capital and project cost modeling, executive reporting, scenario planning, and automation/standardization of finance processes while leading analysts and enabling data-driven investment decisions.
