As an AI, Data and Technology Intern, you will provide advisory and implementation services addressing business needs across client organizations. You will support the AI, Data and Technology practice while collaborating with team members and clients to help deliver technology-enabled solutions and achieve business objectives. The role follows a hybrid model requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a Grant Thornton office or client site.

Supports financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side M&A clients. Responsibilities include managing data rooms, analyzing financial data, building Excel models and custom analyses, monitoring deadlines, participating in client and transaction meetings, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
