Leads CRM due diligence and integration planning for acquired firms. Assesses CRM platforms, processes, data quality, integrations, risks, and dependencies; develops onboarding strategies, future-state requirements, and phased roadmaps. Partners with executives, architects, data teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders to align acquisitions with enterprise CRM governance, data models, and operating processes. The role follows a hybrid model requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a Grant Thornton office or client site.

Supports financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side M&A clients. Responsibilities include managing data rooms, analyzing financial data, building Excel models and custom analyses, monitoring deadlines, participating in client and transaction meetings, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The intern also develops financial, project management, leadership, and client communication skills through engagement work, mentoring, networking, and community activities.

Supports finance transformation consulting engagements through process analysis, requirements definition, cost and cycle-time analysis, financial data interpretation, business-case development, and process optimization. The intern assists with client meetings, communications, project deliverables, solution development, and identifying transformation opportunities across finance and operations functions. The role requires collaboration, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to travel to client sites and work additional hours as needed.
