Responsible for territory revenue growth by selling Galdermas aesthetic portfolio to healthcare providers and practices through consultative selling, account development, training events, and promotional programs. Manage CRM, forecasting, compliance, and financial accuracy while building long-term provider partnerships and executing local marketing and education initiatives. Requires heavy territory travel.

Lead customer operational initiatives for assigned accounts, managing O2C operations, supply chain analytics, customer relationships, compliance, and continuous improvement. Develop Power BI dashboards, leverage AI and automation, resolve order and service issues, monitor KPIs, drive cost recovery and efficiency, and maintain process documentation and governance to improve customer supply chain performance.
