Lead definition and realization of next‑generation silicon photonic devices and architectures. Drive roadmap, translate system requirements to device and platform innovations, engage customers in co‑development, align device design with manufacturing and packaging, track industry trends, and mentor junior architects and engineers.

Oversee semiconductor manufacturing processes, focusing on photolithography and metrology, ensuring process qualification, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting 24/7 operations.
