Serve as HR business partner providing consultative support to managers and employees across business units. Lead annual people processes (performance, compensation, promotions, succession), advise on employee relations and policy, support organizational change, develop onboarding/career frameworks, produce people metrics and communications, mentor junior HR staff, and participate in People Team projects like DE&I.

Lead FMI's privacy program as a senior legal advisor and Privacy Officer. Provide counsel on U.S. and international data protection laws (HIPAA, GDPR, state and genetic privacy laws), support incident response, negotiate data protection terms in agreements, develop policies and training, collaborate across legal, compliance, product, security, and business teams, and manage outside counsel as needed.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data platform components and distributed system software. Build batch and streaming data pipelines, implement data-science algorithms, optimize data delivery, automate processes, and contribute in an Agile environment. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and generate technical documentation while mentoring junior engineers.
